We put our snowmobile away on March 27th. (It seemed reasonable at the time.) My first trip to school was by bike. My burley was closed, but the back wasn't sealed entirely- this is how much snow weasels its way in:
There were only a couple of lingering piles of snow yesterday. It's amazing what one night can do:
I love the snow dusted doors of Mission Church:
Cool drift in front of May's Fudge:
Lots of freighters passed today:
This drift is outside the doors of Chianti, Mission Point's Italian restaurant. (It's my girls' favorite!)
We ended up fetching our snowmobile. It was much easier! Granted, we will probably need to store it again tomorrow. But it was worth it. (Pulling a burley through snow drifts adds 15 minutes to a normally ten minute bike ride. Plus, it's a lot of work!)
We ended the day with pizza bagels, designed by the girls!
Wow, pretty snow pictures, but mine was all gone in Muskegon. Just hope you and family are staying warm and have an extra supply of patience while waiting for Spring.
